  Every one of ethiSack’s Bub & Me bag is carefully created for you and your child, and is delivered to your doorsteps every month, every other month, or quarterly. All subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time by logging in to your account dashboard.   Description

  Q: I am a dad, can I get your bags for myself too?
  A: Absolutely! Who said only mums are allowed to look after themselves after having a baby! Whether you’re just a regular dad, a full-time stay-at-home dad, single dad, or the other dad of your household, we welcome you into our little but growing family.

  Q: I’m currently pregnant, but my due date or scheduled induction/c-section date is within the next 4 weeks. Should I purchase a Bub & Me, or a Bump & Me subscription?
  A: We recommend that you begin your subscription with a Bump & Me bag instead of this Bub & Me bag. After you give birth, simply let us know by replying to the email we will send you on your due date or scheduled induction/c-section date, or you can send us an email [email protected] with your username and the date of your baby’s birth, you will then automatically begin to receive Bub & Me bags from the subsequent deliveries. If you gave birth before you receive your first delivery, please also let us know, so we can switch you over to the Bub & Me bag.

  Q: When do you ship your bags?
  A: The subscription ships on the first week of every month, every other month, or every 3rd month depending on your plan. We do however have a 7-day grace period where if you make your purchase a week before the end of the month, you will not be charged until the 1st of the next month. All new orders outside of this grace period will have their bags shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment (when stock is available).

  Q: It says “Available on pre-order only”, what does that mean?
  A: It means we have sold-out of this month’s bags. You can pre-order to make sure you don’t miss out on the next delivery period (usually the 15th of the next month).

  Q: I want to buy this for a family or friend, how do I do that?
  A: We’re certain whoever is going to receive this gift from you, will love it. We have a one-off gifting option here, we will always post this within 3 business days of receiving your payment (when stock is available) regardless of the subscription schedules or any grace periods.
