Q: I want this bag for myself. Can I buy the gift bag for myself too?
A: You certainly can. However the questionnaire following the checkout of this purchase will be tailored towards gifting someone else. You can choose the option of emailing yourself the full questionnaire to complete the experience. Otherwise, we strongly recommend purchasing one of our subscription bags so that we can get to know you and your child.
Q: I don’t know their expected due date or details of their pregnancy. Can I still buy this for them?
A: While it would certainly help us if you know their due date, it’s not mandatory. We do recommend that you find out the month they will likely give birth, and of course, any extra information would help us make this gift much more personal too.
Q: When do you ship your bags?
A: All gift bags will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order if stock is available (they will usually be ready and shipped within 2). Unlike subscription bags, these gift bags cannot be pre-ordered in advance.
Q: Can I get a refund if I make the wrong purchase, or if the recipient of the gift does not like it?
A: We do our absolute best to make sure it is a loved present. However there could be many reasons why the recipient of your gift may not like their curated bag put together by us. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds when the bag has already been opened. In such cases, you or the recipient of the bag may wish to re-gift these items for other purposes.
