If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return unopened ethiSack bags in their original condition to us within 30 days from your invoice date for a full refund or exchange upon pre-approval from ethiSack. The entire ethiSack bag must be returned to be eligible for the full refund. We cannot refund or exchange partial products within the bags. All returned item(s) must be in their original condition.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is for subscription bag purchases only.
Damaged in transit or faulty goods?
Should your goods be damaged in the delivery process, you can return the damaged item(s) and we will re-send the product(s) and issue you a store credit for the domestic return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out, we will offer an alternative replacement (for item(s) within a subscription bag) or the full amount of the individually purchased item(s) in the form of store credit.
You must return the damaged parcels back to us with their FULL packaging and all products as it has arrived.
If you intend to seek a refund, replacement, or exchange, you must email us using the contact form here to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number, and reason for the return with photo(s) of the damaged item(s)/packaging. We will then let you know the subsequent steps to complete your return or exchange within 48 hours.
Please do NOT send any item(s) back to ethiSACK before written approval from us as you may not receive any refund or exchange.
